Program Akışı:

1. Contract Drafting and Translation - 13:00 -13:45

As an intern and then as a working lawyer you will be working with agreements and contracts in English... but not everyday English. Archaic terms, Latinisms, strange syntax and language use... understanding Legal English and being able to write legal documents in English takes dedication and planning. (in English)

2. Apply for LLM in the UK - 14:00 - 14:30

The UK is synonymous with high-quality education, with many historic universities and colleges all over the country. Many successful lawyers studied Law in the UK, and you may be considering this too. Where should you begin when researching and applying to study an LL.M. in the UK? (Session is in Turkish.)

3. What is a Contract? - 14:45 - 15:15

We will look at how a contract is formed in common law systems. What are the ‘elements’ needed in the common law to form a legally binding contract, either written or oral? These are different from the elements required in jurisdictions with a civil code. (in English)

4. LLM focus: International Trade / Business Law 15:30 - 16:00

The LLM International Business Law is an innovative, flexible programme designed for law and non-law graduates who would like to gain essential detailed knowledge of international trade and business from a legal perspective.
