Terms and Conditions of Levant Education Group
1. Registration
Our partner schools’ courses and accommodation are offered subject to availability. We strongly suggest to book your course as soon as possible. Depending on your nationality you may be required to apply for a visa. Obtaining the visa can take up to three (or more) months.
2. Agreement
The agreement is between you and Levant Education Group (“Levant”/“we”), (our brands are; Studybritish/ StudyTurkiye/ Levant Education Study Abroad):
- Your written or verbal booking binds you to the terms and conditions of Levant
- The agreement will apply once you sign the booking form.
3.Fees
We invoice Tuition fees according to the original prices of our partner schools.
4. Counselling and Deposit Fee Payments for Levant Education Group:
4.1 We reserve right to charge a “Counselling Fee” and “Deposit Fee” to begin your application process for all programmes. In the event of a visa rejection or booking cancellation for any other reason, your counselling fee and the deposit fee will not be refundable.
4.2 Counselling fees and deposit fee payments for language and higher education applications vary depending on the programme and countries which you apply for. Please check with your counsellor for the required amount of counselling fee and the deposit fee.
4.3 If you do not supply any document (application documents, visa documents etc.) according to the deadline given by Levant to you, your programme will be cancelled with no refund of Counselling / deposit fees.
5.Payments
When you book your course with one of our partner schools and supply all the required documents your acceptance letter will be provided by Levant. Your invoice is issued by our partner school for your course and accommodation. You should pay the amount according the currency stated on the invoice by bank transfer to the bank account number given by Levant accounting department. You must pay the full amount by the due date given to you by Levant Education, or your course will be cancelled and we reserve the right to insist on full payment.
6. Levant Education Group Services
Levant Education Group’s services are stated on the website and on the booking confirmation. We reserve the right to change our services. In case of changes made by our partner schools (tuition fees, courses, programme schedules and accommodation) we reserve the right to update your booking or cancel it. If there is an obvious mistake on the customer invoice this will be corrected immediately.
7. Postponement of Booking
You must comply with the terms and conditions of the school you enrolled for.
8 Refund and Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a course for any reason, the person who made the booking must put such request to cancel in writing to us. If you wish to cancel your course for any reason, you will be subject to the terms and conditions of the school you enrolled for. There will be no refund of the Counselling Fee, Visa Counselling Fee or any deposit fees you paid to Levant.
In case of visa rejection, once you submit the visa rejection letter you will be subject to the terms and conditions of the school you enrolled for. There will be no refund of the Counselling Fee , Visa Counselling Fee or any deposit fees you paid to Levant.
After you obtain your visa if you wish to cancel your booking for any reason, there will be no refund of tuition fees, accommodation fees or miscellaneous fees already paid. Courses that are cut short are regarded as cancellations. There will be no refund of the Counselling Fee, Visa Counselling Fee or any deposit fees you paid to Levant.
9 Complaints
During your course if you are not completely satisfied the services provided by our partner schools, please notify your tutor or the management of the school about your complaint as soon as possible, in order to rectify the situation. Any complaints made after the completion of your course cannot be investigated or resolved, and you cannot ask for a refund.
10. Liabilities
Levant will not accept any liability.
11. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Turkish Law and the place of jurisdiction is Kozan.
12. Travel
Customers are responsible for arranging all necessary travel documentation to enter the border of a country. If you are refused entry at the border of a country due to a problem occurred by you, your programme will be cancelled.
13. Data Protection
Your data is stored in our head office in Istanbul. Access to data is granted exclusively to the customer or legal guardian in question. Your data will not be shared with third parties.
